Colbert’s political guests in review

A lot of politicians from multiple parties showed up on The Late Show with Steven Colbert during its first year on the air, and a lot of them tried to show they had a sense of humor. Some of them even pulled it off, and when they didn’t, it was still sometimes funny to watch. This runs only a bit over three minutes:


One of the best bits is at the end: 76-year-old author, Civil Rights hero, and member of Congress John Lewis (D-Georgia) goes crowd surfing over Colbert’s audience.
