If you haven’t already seen this it’s reasonably amusing. Nick Offerman (best known for playing real man Ron Swanson on the sitcom Parks & Recreation) here portrays an opponent of efforts to get kids to eat better, contending that pizza, sloppy joes, and the like aren’t just as good as fresh produce, they are fresh produce.

The American Heart Association is behind this bit of satire.
