The former governor of California, having more free time on his hands now, decides to take a walk around Los Angeles in Terminator makeup, winding up in Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum where he has fun scaring people.

Actually, the stunt was a promo for the next Terminator movie, this one co-starring Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen on HBO’s Game of Thrones), which if I’m not mistaken opens a week from today.
