Star Wars VII filibuster

In a scene from tonight’s episode of NBC’s Parks and Recreation, a character played by Patton Oswalt is supposed to be using an obscure rule to conduct a “citizen filibuster” in order to prevent a city council vote. Oswalt was apparently told to ramble on about anything at all, so he decided to describe his idea for the next Star Wars movie, now that Lucasfilm is owned by Disney (which also owns Marvel Comics). The result is pretty amusing, even if I’m too out of touch with Star Wars and Marvel to get all of the references.
