Clarification: By “Canada addresses the zombie threat in parliament” I mean that Canada, in parliament, addresses the zombie threat, not that there is a zombie threat in parliament that Canada is addressing. Zombies are common in most legislatures (which is admittedly surprising, give the lack of their main food source) and rarely constitute a problem.
