Japanese prank show

In Japan they go all out, no half-measures, including on hidden-camera prank shows.

Here most of the pranks seem to be based on scaring the living crap out of people, which can often be funny but also rather cruel. The final bit in particular struck me as going well past the point where it stopped being funny.

But the reason I’m posting it here is the bit with the massage chair that starts at about 3 minutes and 30 seconds into the clip. The setting is a ski resort spa, where after a bath one can sit in a chair, deposit some coins, and enjoy a massage. Or in this case, an adventure:
