Reaction to Supreme Court (can’t be real)

The folks at Failblog have compiled a set of alleged Twitter tweets from people so outraged by the Supreme Court’s ruling upholding the Affordable Care Act (aka “Obamacare”) that they’re moving to Canada. I hope I don’t have to explain why this is funny.

(OK, OK, to be fair, there are Americans who want a tax-supported single-payer health insurance system like that in Canada and who consider the Affordable Care Act as a giveaway to private insurers, and some of them hoped that a Supreme Court overthrow of the law would lead to a single-payer system. It’s possible some of these tweeters are in that camp, I guess. But I think it’s more likely that they’re making a deliberate joke.)
