Another “Uptown Funk” dance-scene mashup

A very popular YouTube video (included in this previous post) matched 66 clips of dance scenes from classic films to the song “Uptown Funk” by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars. Someone in France has created a similar mashup, this time using 100 clips, most of them more recent (but going back as far as Chaplin’s The Gold Rush, 1925).

You may not recognize all 100 films, in part because some of them are French and had limited release in the English-speaking world. (Coincidentally, two of those I’ve reviewed on this blog: OSS 117: Cairo, Nest of Spies and Astérix et Obélix: Mission Cléopâtre.) A list can be found at the link above.

(Thanks to my brother Mark for pointing this out.)
