Another Jabba fan

Following up on yesterday’s post on how Jabba the Hutt deserves more respect, here’s an interesting real-life discussion between a father and his five-year-old daughter about the outfit Jabba bought Princess Leia when they were dating. (It’s a recorded conversation illustrated with animation.)

In brief, the father tries to convince the daughter that a slave-girl outfit is inherently demeaning, but she argues persuasively that from an objective artistic standpoint it’s quite nicely designed. Whatever other faults Jabba might have, his fashion sense is commendable.
