Cyber conductor

A performance of Mozart’s 40th Symphony is interrupted for comic purposes:

I confess that when I watched this my first thought was that it must be an Austrian orchestra, which was based on a very unfair bit of conventional wisdom about the relative allocation of humor between Germany and Austria. Shame on me. But for what it’s worth, the orchestra in question is, purely by coincidence, the Upper Austrian Youth Orchestra.

Apparently there’s a whole Cyber Conductor DVD available from Aleksey Igudesman (the guy speaking in the video) on his website. (Unfortunately the DVD is available only in the European PAL format, so in North America it will play on computers but not necessarily DVD players.)
